Cumin pork and chilli noodles

This recipe is just to die for. I trully could not imagine something so simple as chilli oil and cumin could transform my take on asian food so much.

I think nowadays all of us take asian food as a staple in our kitchens. Its easy, flavourful and filled with healty vegetables food. And I tought I had tried and made the most of its flavour spectrum. But damn I was wrong.

Now, I do try to eat healty food, and cut as much as possible in adding oils. So something called chilli oil had me turn my nose up for a bit. But I got a jar of chilli oil from a friend and decided to use it. Damn I just cursed myself with this…I think I will eat oilly food way more now. Not good for your diet for sure

I made this recipe with pork but like most asian style recipes it can be easily swaped with any other protein – chicken, shrimp, tofu, lamb, even fish. Uhh now I kind wanna try some fish version of this. What do you think?

I chose neck pork chops because I don’t like my pork dry, and neck chops have all that extra fat (I know, this dish doesn’t really need more fat, but heck I went all the way) that ideal for styr frying.

This recipe is easy, perfect for a busy week dinner. And you can totally make some extra for the next day lunch or dinner.

Sometimes we need simplicity and just a plain good recipe. Hope you enjoy 🙂
